We strictly follow GDPR guidelines and will not share or release any information we have. You can be confident that Treats & Sweets can provide you with a safe and secure shopping experience. We use certified third party payment systems to verify payments which means we do not have access to your payment details.
We will only be able to access your email address and your home address provided with your order. We do not have access to your home address once your order is completed but your email will be kept on file if you have created an account with us so that we can email you with discounts and deals.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are accepted and will be priced accordingly. Please contact us for a quote. Custom orders and wholesale orders will need to be paid upfront before they can be collected or delivered, unless otherwise discussed. All of our products are made in a 5 star rated kitchen and are to the highest standard. All items are quality checked before collections or deliveries take place.
Refunds/Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on any of our products and due to health and safety we cannot offer exchanges either. All of our bouquets are handmade with love and care. They are extremely delicate and need to be handled carefully. They are quality checked before they are collected/delivered so we will not take any responsibility if they are damaged once they have left our hands.

Almost all of our products can be offered at a wholesale rate. We do have a minimum order amount on some of our smaller products but we will do our best to cater to you.
